Our Mobile Banking app makes Mobile Deposits easy. Follow the 3 easy steps below to start enjoying the convenience of Mobile Deposits.
If "Deposits" is not listed in the menu of the Mobile App, log into online banking (via web browser) and you will be automatically prompted to agree to updated terms for mobile services. After agreeing to terms, "Deposits" will appear in the WFCU Mobile App menu, within one business day. If the "Deposits" option does not appear in your mobile app menu within two business days, contact the credit union at 316.941.0600 and select option 5.

Are my transactions secure? All transactional data is encrypted and no sensitive account information is stored on your mobile device.
Wichita Federal Credit Union will never solicit you for personal information, such as account number, credit/debit card numbers, passwords or PINs (Personal Identification Numbers). Call us immediately at 1.800.229.3544 (24/7) if you think unauthorized access or fraud has occurred in connection with your WFCU accounts.
What are Mobile Person to Person Payments (P2P)? With mobile Person to Person payments (P2P), you can make payments to individuals through your smart phone or tablet. P2P is the fast, safe way to send money online - without the need to visit third-party web sites.
With mobile P2P, you can:
Pay a roommate back for shared rent or household expenses
Send cash to a son or daughter in college
Pay back a friend for dinner and movie tickets
Make sure the football team dues are paid in time for next week’s game
The P2P process is not immediate - payments will usually post to the receiver’s account within two business days after withdrawing from your account.
Why don’t I see “Pay Bills” and "P2P" on the home screen on my apps? You will only see the Pay Bills and P2P options if you have bills and P2P set up in online banking.
Why don’t I see all of my loans or checking account in the mobile app? You will only see the accounts if you select them by logging in to online banking via the website. Log in here to select what you can view in the mobile app: WFCU Online Banking. Next, go to user settings, mobile settings, and choose the accounts you would like to have access to in the mobile app.
Do I have to be a member of Wichita Federal Credit Union to use this application? You can use our ATM locator without having to login to WFCU Mobile Banking. To view account information you must be a member and have an online banking account with WFCU. How to become a member »
What device do I need to use your mobile banking application? WFCU Mobile Banking works with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch using Apple iOS version 6.0 or later. This app is optimized for iPhone 5. The app is also compatible with devices using Google Android™ OS version 2.2 and up.
Will the previous version of the WFCU app continue to work on my mobile device? Requires iOS 6.0 or later Requires Android 2.2 and up
Should I delete the previous app and download the new one? Yes, if your device meets the requirements for the new app. Otherwise, you can continue to use the previous version with limited functionality.
Are there going to be new features added in the future? WFCU mobile banking was designed with you in mind. We’ll continue to make enhancements to ensure you’ll enjoy the benefits of membership and access to your accounts 24/7.
