Update on Branch Services

WFCU continues to remain committed to keeping our members, staff, and community safe. With this commitment comes the possibility of temporary closures or changes to services. Here is where you can find the most current and up to date information about our branch locations' availabilities, hours, and services.

East Location-9835 E. 21st St. N., Wichita, KS.  67206:

LOBBY-Open regular business hours M-F, 9 am to 5 pm, Sat. 9 am to 12 pm.

DRIVE-THRU-Open M-F, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Sat. 9 am to 12 pm.

West Location-3730 W. 13th St. N., Wichita, KS.  67203

LOBBY-Open regular business hours M-F, 9 am to 5 pm, Sat. 9 am to 12 pm.

DRIVE-THRU-Open M-F, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Sat. 9 am to 12 pm.

City Hall Location-455 N. Main, Rm. 410, Wichita, KS.  67202

LOBBY-Open to City Hall employees.  

 

Beginning Friday, July 3, 2020, all persons in the City of Wichita shall cover their mouths and noses with a mask or other face covering in accordance with City Ordinance No. 51-307*. All visitors to our branches should follow the guidelines within the ordinance.  

*Unless exempt from wearing a mask as described in the ordinance.

Social distancing decals have been placed in our branches, and is encouraged for both staff and members. To ensure proper distancing, we may limit capacity in branches, and whenever possible, please limit guests to only those who need to be there to complete in-branch transactions and services.

 

Each location is regularly disinfected, which includes any touched surfaces.  Hand sanitizer is available for members and staff. Additionally, we have a professional deep clean service that comes to each location on a regular basis.

 

Coin machines will not be accessible to members. However, a staff member will be happy to assist you. 

Drive-thru hours at East and West are M-F from 7:30 am-6:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.  Our dedicated Member Support Team is available M-F from 9:00 am-5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am-12:00 pm.  You can also complete most transactions safely and securely through our Online and Mobile services.
CURBSIDE SERVICE: If you prefer not to come into the branch, you may schedule curbside service, by calling 316.941.0600, option 5. For more details about the Online and Mobile services available to you, please see your options below.

ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS 24/7

To save yourself time, we encourage you to access your account from home using Online and Mobile Banking services that give you the options listed below.  (If you need assistance with enrolling in online banking or accessing through your mobile device, please call 316.941.0600, and a representative will walk you through the process.)

•   Check Account Balances and History
•   Make loan payments, view transactions, transfer funds, and more.
•   Use the WFCU mobile app to deposit checks, check balances, and more.
•   Use Mobile Text Banking by sending BAL (balance) or HIST (history) to 89549.  To set up mobile text alerts, log in to online banking>User Settings>Mobile Settings>Text Mobile Settings.
•    Find CO-OP ATMs near you (50 in Wichita)

Coronavirus Fraudulent Scams 
The Federal Trade Commission has issued a warning to consumers about scammers taking advantage of individuals surrounding Coronavirus fears. They are setting up websites to sell bogus products and using fake emails, texts, and social media posts as a ruse to take your money and get your personal information. Please remain alert to avoid possible scams and if you come across any suspicious claims, report them to the FTC at www.ftc.gov/complaint.
