Getting Started with Mobile Banking
Install The App
Simply download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play MarketPlace.
Alternatively, you can:
1. Go to the relevant store on your device.
2. Search WichitaFCU Mobile.
3. Download our app for free.
Step-by-step instructions for setting up Mobile Banking
1. Open the WichitaFCU Mobile App you've been using. You should see a prompt to download the new app. If not, search WichitaFCU Mobile in your app store:
Alternatively, you can:
a. Go to the relevant store on your device.
b. Search WichitaFCU Mobile.
c. Download our app for free.
2. Open the new app and enter your username and password from the old app. (If you forgot your username/password,
call 316.941.0600, and we'll reset it. After this first login, you won't need to call us; just click "Forgot.")
3. Set up 2-step verification.
a. When the Protect your account with 2-step verification screen appears, select "Get started."
b. Select an option from the "Choose your verification method" screen.
i. Voice or text message - Verification codes are sent to your phone.
ii. Email - Verification codes are sent to your inbox.
iii. Authy—The Authy app generates a unique code to authenticate your account. It is available for iOS®, Android™, and desktop.
iv. Authenticator app - Use your preferred app and manually enter the code it generates.
4. Follow any verification instructions for the selected two-step verification method.
5. Select "Done."
6. Read the user agreement; if you agree, select "Accept."

2. Open the app and select " First time user? Enroll now."
3. Enter the requested information on the "Enroll Screen," then select "Next."
4. Set up 2-step verification.
a. When the Protect your account with 2-step verification screen appears, select "Get started."
b. Select an option from the "Choose your verification method" screen.
i. Voice or text message - Verification codes are sent to your phone.
ii. Email - Verification codes are sent to your inbox.
iii. Authy - Use the Authy app to generate a unique code to authenticate your account. Available for iOS®, Android™, and desktop.
iv. Authenticator app - Use your preferred authenticator app and manually enter the code it generates.
5. Follow any verification instructions for the selected two-step verification method.
6. Select "Done."
7. Read the user agreement; if you agree, select "Accept."
8. Create a username and password. Click "Next." (Note: Username must begin with a letter and cannot contain special characters.)
