The $500 voucher is valid only for use toward closing costs on a WFCU mortgage loan. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used for any other purposes. If the winner does not close a mortgage loan with WFCU, the voucher is void. The recipient must apply for and be approved for a WFCU mortgage based on the credit union’s standard underwriting criteria. Winning the voucher does not guarantee approval for a mortgage loan. This voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner for closing costs on their own WFCU mortgage loan.

The voucher must be redeemed within one year of the issue date. If the recipient does not close on a WFCU mortgage within this time, the voucher is void and cannot be reinstated. No purchase, loan application, or deposit is required to enter or win the voucher. Participation in the drawing is free. Attendees of the WFCU First-time Homebuyer Class are automatically entered in the drawing. To enter without attendance, please submit your entry to WFCU Marketing, 9835 E 21^st St N, Wichita, KS 67206. The entry must be received by October 24, 2024 to be valid.  The value of this voucher may be subject to federal, state, or local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please consult a tax advisor for further information. This voucher cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions offered by WFCU unless otherwise stated.
